Prayer is the core foundation of human development and fundamental in producing excellent individuals and communities in this world and the hereafter. Prayer is not just a mere daily routine, it is the pillar of Islam that determines the success of a Muslim's religious life. This was underlined in a 'Tazkirah Subuh' or dawn lecture during the 'Masjidku Makmur, Negara Berkat' programme at the Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Mosque in the capital, 30th January early morning.

The programme included the mass Fardu Subuh prayer, and the reading of Wirid. It aimed to invites Muslims nationwide to glorify mosques through religious deeds, knowledge sharing and religious activities.
